DigitalGuidePlus sells digital products only. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been successfully completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.
Once a digital product is downloaded, accessed, or used, it cannot be returned or refunded. By purchasing from DigitalGuidePlus, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
NO REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products under normal circumstances. Any refund request raised after successful delivery or access may be declined.
DOWNLOAD OR ACCESS ISSUES
If you experience any technical issues related to downloading or accessing your purchased product, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will assist you by re-sending the product or providing an alternative access method where applicable.
Failure to contact us within 24 hours regarding a download or access issue will be considered successful delivery, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
Raising a payment dispute or chargeback after successful delivery of a digital product may result in access suspension and rejection of the dispute based on this policy.
